We had a great day today over in Cromarty at our coxes training morning. Lots of rowers attended from lots of different clubs. Drew Mann and David Paterson gave some great talks on Beach and Boat safety , long row planning, race coxing , weather and tide conditions and rules of racing. We had lots of rowing and coxing and the weather was kind to us. Looking forward to Man overboard training later in the year .
